We update prices depending on our venue and event medium so it may be a different rate for events after our upcoming job fair event. Typically Job fairs in barangay levels start at P2,500 per event.

Pretty much anything you want. We are happy to accommodate pop-up banners, curved wall stands, branded tablecloths, TV screens, podiums etc.

For deliveries pre-event, please speak directly with the organizer to discuss arrangements. We can provide contact details on request. Goods/deliveries are left at the venues at your own risk. APX is not responsible for equipment lost, stolen, or damaged.

You will need to bring your own connectivity devices for internet connect.

Access to electricity is available at the venue. You will need to bring your own extension chords as outlets are typically far from your location. Recommended is at least 20 meters.

You are permitted to distribute marketing collateral anywhere within the venue. You must not encroach upon the aisles or open spaces or do anything that may cause obstruction to other exhibitors.

You should bring your own lunch, snacks and water.

In the case of an emergency, this is fine. If not, we appreciate exhibitors staying until the end as job seekers will be attending right up until closing time. Exhibitors who leave early spoil the event for us, other exhibitors, and candidates looking for work. Please stay for the full duration as candidates will be disappointed if they turn up and you have already left.
